Realme officially launched the Realme 3 Pro with an upgraded gaming, camera, multimedia and connectivity features at the Maybank Performance Theater, BGC in Taguig last May 17.
"We have upgraded a lot of aspects. In terms of gaming, camera performance, multimedia, and connectivity," Realme Marketing Lead, Eason De Guzman said.
The smartphone contains two gaming boost features called the Hyperboost 2.0 and Gaming Boost 2.0, thereby enhancing the gaming experience, reducing rendering times and improving graphics performance.
"The result is a 16.2 percent enhancement in terms of character movements in heavy games, and even 21.6 percent faster in opening telescope in PUBG (PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds)," De Guzman said.
Three of the camera's improved features include hardware, image quality, and experience optimization.
It has a 16+5 megapixel dual rear camera powered by Sony IMX519 sensor with f1.7 apperture, and a 25 megapixel AI-powered selfie camera.
Camera features include the brand new Super Nightscape Mode that transforms low light scenarios into vivid night photos via 11 layers of optimizations to produce one stunning night photo.
Another camera feature is the Chroma Boost that is ideal for daytime photos as it amplifies the colors, transforming them into vibrant and detailed images.
The slow-motion video feature includes a 960-frames-per-second super slow-motion, where a falling droplet was demonstrated on screen slowly falling in a cup creating a ripple effect.
Its 4045 mAh battery lasts up to 15.6 percent longer than other smartphone brands, equivalent to users playing PUBG for seven hours straight.
Added in the box is a fast charger called VOOC Flash Charge 3.0, which offers up to 97 percent in power efficiency. It can fully charge the unit only 80 minutes.
Realme 3 pro is available in three colors–nitro blue, lightning purple, and carbon grey.
It is also available in two variants: The 4GB+64GB is P12,990, and the 6GB+128GB is P14,990.
