Sunachen Dominguez, spokesperson of the Justice for Dengvaxia Victims Movement, also called for the resignation of Prosecutor General in officer-in-charge capacity Richard Anthony Fadullon and Health Secretary Francisco Duque III.

She also hit Fadullon for consolidating the Dengvaxia-related cases.

“Instead of separate cases, Fadullon ruled to take into one account all cases of reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide that happened in just one city or place,” Dominguez said.

“So that would merely mean that the respondents, if found guilty, would only be meted out six years of imprisonment only, which is probational,” Public Attorney’s Office chief Persida Acosta told the Manila Standard.

“We cannot control what the parents would want to do,” Acosta added.
