Senior Police dogs Billy, Thunder and Farah, all members of the MMDA K9 Unit, diligently followed orders in

the search and rescue efforts in the collapsed supermarket in Porac, Pampanga after a 6.1 magnitude earthquake hit Luzon on Monday.

Their heroic acts did not go unnoticed as netizens gave them a fitting tribute online.

Pet photography studio Paws&Click posted the photos of the good dogs on Facebook on Wednesday and also paid tribute to the other K9s involved in the operations, namely Ringo, Cody, Chia, Dumbo, Chaplin, and Lucy. The viral post has been shared over 17,000 times.

A total of five people—three customers and two employees of Chuzon Supermarket—died in the rubble, while nine other people were rescued,  thanks to the valuable assistance of the K9 dogs.
