Ingredients:
50ml The Singleton of Dufftown 12-Year-Old
10ml raw raspberry syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Procedure:
Fill a rocks glass with a large piece of ice. Pour in The Singleton of Dufftown 12 and raspberry syrup, add a dash of bitters, and stir. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
The Singleton of Dufftown 15-Year-Old
Best paired with milk chocolate to bring out its sweetness, or with praline to complement its elegant woody finish, this slightly spicy-smelling single malt delivers a warming taste of toffee apples and hints of honeycomb balanced by linseed oil and hints of the sea.

Crucible Sour
Ingredients:
50ml The Singleton of Dufftown 15-Year-Old
25ml Super Scotch sour mix
10ml Oloroso Sherry
Procedure:
Add the first two ingredients in a shaker, dry shake, add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupette, add a small ice block and float sherry.
The Singleton of Dufftown 18-Year-Old
With a smell reminiscent of sweet, stewed fruits; ripe autumn apples and rich berries, this finely structured, rich whisky opens with nuts, dark toffee, gentle mint, and rhubarb and apple juices, before drying with a rich, silky cocoa bitterness before introducing a longer, drying oakiness with a touch of black pepper. 100ml chilled coconut water
