The Philippine Air Force (PAF) has partnered with Bounty Agro Ventures Inc. (BAVI) to enable inspirational speaker, best-selling author, and Chooks-to-Go brand ambassador, Michael Angelo Lobrin, to conduct a series of workshops and speaking engagements among its personnel nationwide.
PAF Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Galileo Gerard Kintanar Jr. signed the memorandum of agreement (MOA) with BAVI president and general manager Ronald Mascariñas, and Lobrin at the PAF Headquarters inside the Villamor Air Base in Pasay City.
“We, in the Philippine Air Force, are glad and blessed to partner with BAVI. It is really heartwarming that there are organizations like BAVI who care to make a big difference in the country. We believe that the stories and experiences that they will share with us will make the air force a more integral part of society,” Kintanar said.
As part of the agreement, Lobrin will conduct a maximum of 300 workshops and speaking engagements over a five-year period, to complement the existing wellness programs and activities implemented in all PAF military bases and facilities nationwide.
In line with BAVI’s “Mission: I’m Possible” and “#SarapNgPagsisikap” campaigns, Lobrin will be
engaging more than 10,000 personnel in a series of programs and activities to inspire hard work, passion, and determination among the PAF community, as well as motivate them to hone their talent and craft.
Starting September 2018, Lobrin will be contributing to the PAF-wide Wellness Program with topics such as “family work-life balance” and “joy in the workplace”.
“Malaki ang paghanga ko sa mga sundalo na katulad ninyo dahil isinasabuhay ninyo ang panata para sa bayan. I hope you will continue to be shining examples in our country,” Mascariñas said as he addressed the PAF personnel. He also underscored the importance of strengthening the spirit of nationalism among Filipinos to drive the country forward.
As part of its commitment, BAVI will also award plaques of recognition and cash prizes to distinguished PAF personnel who best exemplify the values advocated by the “Mission: I’m Possible” and “#SarapNgPagsisikap” programs. The awards will be given during the annual PAF Stakeholders’ Night.
