Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi formally turns over the chairmanship of Philippine Electricity Market Corp. to PEM board director Noel Aboboto in a ceremony at the PEMC Office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Aboboto is the first chairperson freely elected by the members of the PEM board since it started operations.
