Prospective homeowners looking for a residential property that offers a green and spacious environment have a new option south of Manila.
Greenfield Development Corporation introduces Zadia and Trava, its latest residential developments within the 450-hectare township in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The newest addition to its innovative residential portfolio will also uphold the company’s image of “Greenspiration” or being known for green and open spaces.
Zadia is a 36-hectare community consisting of five 10-story condominium that aims to provide its residents a nature-rich condo living. It is the first mid-rise building of Greenfield and the tallest building in Sta. Rosa to date.
Amenities like a swimming pool, a clubhouse, indoor basketball court, tennis court, and a gazebo with landscaped garden will also be featured at Zadia.
Meanwhile, Trava is the flagship project of Greenfield Deluxe, GDC’s new upscale brand. The 31-hectare, low density high-end subdivision will only offer 279 units and allot majority of its area to open spaces and green fields to give residents that green and spacious look and feel but still with the convenience of being near to commercial complexes.
In keeping with its commitment to be eco-friendly, green residential houses designed with state-of-the-art materials will stand at the heart of Greenfield City. Residents can walk along tree-lined roads and access amenities such as a clubhouse with solar-powered areas, full underground utilities, basketball courts, bike lanes, swimming pools, jogging paths, function rooms, and a dance and fitness center with high-end utilities, all to complement the sophisticated lifestyle of its residents.
In line with this, Greenfield has recently developed a one-kilometer long, 25-meter wide access road for an easier entry way to Trava.
Greenfield imparts this breakthrough as their contribution to the urbanization of Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Duane A. X. Santos, executive vice president and general manager of Greenfield, said, “Launching some of the newest milestones at Greenfield City gains significance for us at Greenfield, as they validate that we are on the right track in supporting the urbanization and progress of Sta. Rosa, Laguna which is already home to important business parks and industrial zones that help steer economic momentum in Metro Manila.”
Aside from the aforementioned projects, Greenfield has also developed residential communities like Pramana and Solen, alternate roads like Eton-Greenfield Interchange in Malitlit town, Greenfield City-Unilab (formerly Mamplasan) and Sta. Rosa interchanges, Paseo 1 to 5 with Paseo 6 on its way, and Sta. Rosa Business Park.
“We have confidence in the potential of Philippine cities to thrive this is why we continue to build on our developments—guided by our promise of developing communities that are worthy to be handed down, from one generation to the next,” said Santos.
