The 60-house project was built by the Army’s 54th Engineering Brigade, 547 ECB, the First Infantry (Tabak) Division, the Mechanized Infantry Division, and 2MECH BDE, with donations from the Tarlac Heritage Foundation, the Chinese-Filipino Business Club Inc. and tycoon Carlos Chan.
