Mitsubishi Motors Philippines secures 270- unit truck deal with MetroPac Movers Inc.

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) has recently turned over a fleet of FUSO trucks to MetroPac Movers Inc. (MMI), one of the biggest cargo transport and logistics companies in the country today. MMI, a subsidiary of the Metro Pacific Investments Group has purchased a total of 270 FUSO trucks specifically 177 Canter FE71s, 23 units of the FIV1P 6-wheeler medium duty truck and 70 units of the FJY1W 10-wheeler rigid truck.

According to Mr. Armand Alfonso, President of Trucking Pro – a subsidiary of MetroPac Movers, Inc., they have chosen FUSO to be their partner in business due to its strong history of reliability and quality. 

This recent purchase by MMI is an indication of the Philippines’ robust commercial vehicle industry. In fact, FUSO truck sales have increased 44% compared to the same period last year. “With this growing demand, trust that we will continue to offer superior products relevant to the needs of the market while putting customer satisfaction at the center of our goals at all times”, said Mr. MutsuhiroOshikiri, MMPC President and CEO.
