American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute, through Asia World Hospitality, led two Certified Guest Service Professional sessions for the Europcar Philippines team in a bid to widen the latter’s market reach.
Europcar PH is the first from its industry to be certified on the Guest Service Professional program of AHLEI. The transport group’s CGSP workshop centered on the hospitality service-focused training program for its drivers and reservation officers, making it the first globally to invest specifically in hospitality service training for its employees.
Aside from Europcar, AHLEI also conducted separate CGSP training sessions for Treston International College and Waterfront Hotels & Casinos facilitated by June Lucero-Antonio, CGSP. Antonio, with her experience both as a practitioner and as an educator, motivated and inspired the participants to always “Go for the gold” when it comes to providing service that goes above and beyond what is expected.
