PLAYA Laiya, an upscale residential area in San Juan, Batangas was recently launched by real estate developer Landco.
The development offers beach homes that are just two and a half hours away from Metro Manila. But the biggest attraction is the pristine beach that stretches for 1.5 kilometers, and can be enjoyed by Playa Laiya’s residential community everyday.

Zuluaga, Landco CEO. Playa Laiya’s beach properties range from 200-450 sqm, averaging at Php,16,000/sqm.
