The dates fall on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The proclamation is in view of the Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) Summit.
Last October 10, Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) declared November 16 and 17 (Thursday and Friday) holidays.
This means that for students in Metro Manila, there will be no classes for a full week in the middle of next month.
