The Ombudsman alleged that some P 30-million worth of the lawmaker's Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) went to a bogus non-government organization (NGO) in April, 2012.
The issue has no connection with the bogus foundations allegedly established by businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles.
The anti-graft court will conduct a raffle on Friday to determine the division that will hear the cases.
The criminal complaints are bailable.
