Some international flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) may be experiencing delays at this time.
This is because a runway is undergoing repairs.
This comes, after a hole about 30-centimeter in diameter was discovered along the international runway 620 at about 10 am on Thursday.
NAIA estimates the repairs will go on for three hours and will be finished at about 1 am.
As a result, some airplanes coming from abroad will be made to use the runway for domestic flights for the mean time.
Passengers travelling overseas may call the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) using the trunk line 877-1109 to find out if their flights are affected by this incident.
