Ortigas teams up with Hospitality Innovators

Envisioned to be a sanctuary in the metro, Circulo Verde is a project of Ortigas & Co. Limited Partnership (OCLP) for the busy individuals who wish to get away from the madness of the city.

A master-planned community, it stands on a 10-hectare property where one could bask in generous open spaces while enjoying the convenience of nearby retail and dining options. Commercial establishments within the vicinity intend to complement the lifestyle of guests and residents keen on spending their days carefree and leisurely.

Located in Quezon City, it is accessible via Calle Industria and Ortigas Avenue via A. Rodriguez Avenue through the upcoming Circulo Verde Bridge.

Mirasol, OCLP Head of Marketing Jenna Belardo and HII Executive Director Peter Stevens

To ensure high standards of operations, OCLP tied up with Hospitality Innovators Inc. (HII) to manage the Serviced Residence feature of two of the high-rise towers within the compound – Ibiza Tower and Seville Residences. The Serviced Residence Program gives people the opportunity to experience the accommodations and amenities at Circulo Verde without having to own a unit. In addition, it would also offer perks that go beyond conventional leasing options to investors while allowing them to generate more revenue.

As one of the leading hotel and property management companies in the country, HII is driven to constantly delight its partners and guests through excellent and professional services. With accolades and awards to prove its excellence in the field, it continues to gain the trust of its diverse clientele.

A total of 55 units are slated to be part of the Serviced Residence Program (SRP). Each tower offers a range of amenities including Sky Gardens, a lobby, function room and residents’ lounge with pantry area, a library, children’s playground, gym, and a swimming pool. Both properties will feature a youthful and hip design. Through the SRP, long staying guests would be able to enjoy hotel living while immersing in a laidback residential environment.

With 70 percent of the property set to be open with a mix of green spaces, guests would be thrilled with a community park where they can find spots for fun, interaction, fitness and meditation. A Guest House is also available perfect for functions and social gatherings. Offering a dog-friendly environment, another unique feature of Circulo Verde is the Hachi Park – an off-leash dog park that allows residents to play with their canine companions.

Intended to be an urban refuge in the heart of a very busy district, the Circulo Verde Serviced Residence Program caters to both business and leisure clients. It is expected to open by March 2017.
