The Philippine National Police (PNP) has secured a copy of the video from the close-circuit television (CCTV) of the United States Embassy in Manila showing the dispersal of protesters on Wednesday last week.
PNP Deputy Chief for Operations Benjamin Magalong says, they are examining all the footages taken on the incident.
“Tinitingnan namin ang iba’t ibang anggulo para comprehensive ang review (we are looking at all angles to make a comprehensive review),” he adds.
Magalong is giving the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Camp Crame two weeks to come out with a report following its investigation.
Several protesters were injured when a police vehicle rammed into them during an anti-US rally on October 19, 2016.
