Former Philippine Overseas Employment Administrator Hans Leo Cacdac is the new administrator of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).
Prior to this, Cacdac headed the POEA following his appointment in January 2012.

He also served as undersecretary of the Department of Labor (DOLE).
State Prosecutor Claro Arellano will replace Cacdac at the POEA.
