Rockwell Primaries recently broke ground for its first integrated high-rise condominium in the city, The Vantage, at the corner of West Capitol Drive and United Street in Kapitolyo, Pasig City. The project is composed of two residential towers with a central amenity deck and a two-storey retail row . In 2013, Rockwell Primaries launched its first project 53 Benitez, a mid-rise residential development in New Manila. This year, the company launching another project in the south of Metro Manila.
